Description : Dr. Bacto’s PSB 4K has phosphate solubilizing bacteria (PSB) Bacillus megaterium that are agriculturally beneficial bacteria capable of solubilizing inorganic phosphate from insoluble compounds present in soil.

Mode of action : These bacteria release low molecular weight organic acids such as formic, acetic, propionic, lactic, glycolic, fumaric, and succinic acids and acidic phosphatases etc. which solubilize the mineral phosphates present in soil and make them available for crops/plants.

Benefits :In addition to phosphorous, it increases micronutrient availability to the plant from soil and encourages faster root growth for water and nutrient uptake.

Dosage :

• Soil : 2.5 – 5 Kg per Hectare.
• Seed Treatment : 20 gm per Kg of seeds.
