Dr. Bacto’s PSB 5G - Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria Bacillus megaterium -

Description : Dr. Bacto’s PSB 5G has phosphate solubilizing bacteria (PSB) Bacillus megaterium that are agriculturally beneficial bacteria capable of solubilizing inorganic phosphate from insoluble compounds present in soil.

Mode of action : These bacteria release low molecular weight organic acids such as formic, acetic, propionic, lactic, glycolic, fumaric, and succinic acids and acidic phosphatases etc. which solubilize the mineral phosphates present in soil and make them available for crops/plants.

Benefits :In addition to phosphorous, it increases micronutrient availability to the plant from soil and encourages faster root growth for water and nutrient uptake.

Content : This packet contains two strips (each containing 5 capsules). One is having given biofertilizer bacteria and the other is a food kit (rich in nitrogen, carbon, vitamins, pH reducer, spreader, etc.) required for better growth of these bacteria.

Note : After activation in warm water (not exceeding 45-50℃) each bio-capsule gives 10^10 to 10^11 CFU.

Dosage : 5 Capsules of Bio fertilizers (Active Ingredient) with 5 Capsules of food kit per acre.
